JavaScript Bs_MultiLevelSelector Example 1

This is an example of the Multi Level Selector Control.

Simple use of the multi level selector.
The country field is set to 'multiple' in the html code: using the ctrl or shift key more than one option can be selected.
'Asia' in level 1 is selected by default.
In 'Europe' there are 2 default values: 'Andorra' and 'Belarus'.
