Horizontal use of the scrollable area. Even mouse-wheeling works (in ie).
Works great in ie and opera. Mozilla has a bug with the offsetWidth property which renders this useless, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65548
this is just a td of the table. it wastes some space.
