JavaScript Bs_Tree example 9

Like example 1, with drag & drop support.
Drag a folder or file and drop it on another.
Note that, like in windows explorer (file manager), you cannot drop a parent to a child.
This feature is coded for internet explorer only, Sorry. It could be done mozilla-compatible.
